• Check-in & Check-out: Standard Check-in time is 1:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior confirmation.
• Identification: In accordance with government regulations, a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID) is mandatory for all adult guests at check-in.
• Reservation Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment as specified during reservation.
• Occupancy: The accommodation is provided strictly for the number of registered guests confirmed during the booking.

• Nature & Tranquility: Nirvi Farms is designed as a calm, natural retreat. We request our guests to maintain moderate sound levels, especially during nighttime hours.
• Swimming Pool Rules: Appropriate swimwear is recommended. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the pool. Diving is strictly prohibited.
• Bonfire & Outdoor Activities: Bonfire setups are arranged in designated safe areas by our staff, subject to weather conditions.
• Care of Property: Guests are requested to treat the property, gardens, appliances, and fixtures with care. Any significant accidental damage will be billed accordingly.
